After-school assistant Liz White, center, passes out a turkey and rice dinner to the children at The Intersection Monday evening. Each night the organization provides a dinner to the children; the meal was donated by The Central Missouri Food Bank.
A piano is provided to learn music with. Malaya, 7, plays the first measure of Beethoven's "Fur Elise". "My favorite thing [at Intersection] is to work with people," she said.
